These murals were designed in collaboration with the school's pupil-led Green Council, their teacher Ms Barry, and painted with boys from all classes in the school. The Green Council came up with great ideas and we selected a blue tit to feature prominently as these birds are regular visitors to the school garden. The boys were also inspired by the locality in choosing to paint a scene of swans flying over the lough, and cherry trees to represent Ballyphehane.
